I have the same issue.. not registered by email and have lost my progress from about 1485 when I sync with Facebook it takes me back to level 1. ☹️ I will send you both messages :-)

I have the same problem! I had to re install your candy crus app and all of my boosters were lost then. And there vere many of them!! I would really want them back! Let me send you a message so that we can check your account.

I dont know but in game they said that we could message them and they would help restore it/put me back at the level I was at Welcome to King Care! I can understand your disappointment, let's get you back on track so that you can continue on your journey!
