@Cezdiamond. I've also lost progress. I went from around level 1100 to 1058. I can see stars on levels past this, but am unable to select the levels. Would appreciate some help please. Thanks in advance :) I will send you a message too :-) Thanks!

Hi @Cezdiamond. I was at around level 445 before logging in via Facebook. When I logged in via Facebook, it dropped to level 209 (which the last synced via Facebook was a couple of years ago). I really want the levels to be restored. ;( Please help! Thank you. I will send you a message now too :-)

You don't always need to update Android os version, and in most cases you may not have update for your device. You should download original apk from any reliable page and install it. This way you can easily get any app including Candy Crush Soda Candy Crush Soda apk Thanks for sharing :-)

I backed up all my stuff, reset my tablet to factory defaults, and reinstalled all my apps. The game works again. It was a last ditch effort that I don't recommend unless you get as frustrated as I did. Thanks for sharing with us!
