Hi JK, When trying to pass this level first try to break spider webs. Then match cropsies near spider, spider will jump to other web. It will make webs on near cropsies. Hi Lafnapa- make sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush installed on your tablet. Also ensure that you have a strong wifi signal when trying to connect to Facebook. What type of tablet are you playing on? Let me know how you get on :)

Hey Joy- have you reached level 895 on Facebook? If so then it sounds like a sync error. Try logging the game out of Facebook and then log in again this should re-synchronize the levels :)

Hi Thelma- if you are playing on Facebook and having a problem receiving help try playing on a different platform like your mobile if possible. This sometimes works for me. Let me know how you get on :)

Hi, Try these tips it may help. Force close any apps that you have open and then restart your phone. Then try to log in again. Let me know how you get on.
