I can't reinstall candy crush on my windows 8.1 phone.

It says pending and then I get error code 80073cfb. I tried downloading from Microsoft but when the app comes up, it says to get it from my phone...I wish I could. Date and time are correct, reset phone, and push notifications on and nothing is working. I'd appreciate someone's advice or help please

I had the exact same problem and fixed it this way:
1. Log into your Windows Phone account (or not, up to you...but I logged into mine) here https://www.windowsphone.com/en-pk/store/app/candy-crush-saga/aebbdef8-1792-488b-a7be-7596a1720166
2. Scroll down the page and pay attention to the left side, you will see a link that says DOWNLOAD & INSTALL MANUALLY.
3. Download the file to your PC. It should be one that says Candy-crush-saga.appx
4. Connect your phone to your PC using a USB cable.
5. Drag and drop the appx file to your phone's SD card/Downloads folder.
6. Once the file is done, unplug your phone and try to re-install Candy Crush from the Google Store on your phone. You'll get a prompt that says something like "Install from Local", and select Yes (or OK).
7. You should be ready to rock & roll Good luck!

Not able to find download and install manually option. Can you please help ?exactly where this link would be

Fortunately, no. I had this issue only with Candy Crush and Cut the Rope 2 when trying to download it into my phone. Both gave me that error error code 80073cfb. When I downloaded the file and did a manual install, I was able to load and play Candy Crush and Cut the Rope 2 started downloading straight from the store right after (yay, didn't have to repeat the process with CtR2).

Hey Ghoulia- are you having to use this method with all of your apps on your windows phone?

1) Cancel the download.. instead of keep trying, etc.. just cancel it..

2) Reboot phone

3) After reboot, install another app

4) Then reinstalled the Candy Crush.

I have been experiencing the same problem. This has not helped me either. Any other ideas please???
