While trying to log in to the king's account in the mobile app , it gave me the above error message . It has not happened before . After typing in the email address and when i click on 'continue' it is then i get the error.
Hi, Try these tips it may help. Force close any apps that you have open and then restart your phone. Then try to log in again. Let me know how you get on.
I am getting the same error. Force closing does not resolve the issue. Neither does switching to WiFi vice data. Neither does fully restarting the phone. Neither does logging out of the App Store and fully restarting the phone.
Is there a solution that lets me reconnect without causing me to loose all my power ups?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
