I have the updated version 1.28.8.0. The Jelly Queen is on the welcome screen but not in the game. I tried a force close. It did not work. I successfully completed a level hoping she would pop in but it did not. My King # is 6746836555. Please help. Thanks.

@QueenMia I checked for updates and I have version 1.26.7.0 updated on 11/28/19 and am well beyond level 19. I am playing on a Windows 10 PC. My id is 6746836555. If everyone was supposed to be able to play, I did not get it. Can you help with this? Thank you.

I have not gotten the holiday calendar challenge. Was everyone supposed to get it? I checked for updates and the last one was on 11/28/19. Version 1.26.7.0 and am playing on a Windows 10 PC. @QueenMia I did not get the Odus the Pumpkin challenge either. I know someone who did and now has it. Thank you for having challenges. Keep them coming - hopefully to everyone.

@QueenMia I am bummed again. Started the game and BGT Challenge was once again gone. I played and completed two levels still has not popped in. I don't know if there was another update after my posting from yesterday evening (EST) but I will look now after writing. Please help and fix. Thank you.

@QueenMia Hi again. So, at about 8 pm EST, I played the level I was at and finally completed it. After doing so and getting the prize, I got Mr. Toffee introduced the challenge and then it was all back. My same team and everything. I am very happy it came back. Thank you.
