Valentine event was working until my I downloaded the update. Haven't had it since. Tried freeing up space on my phone (never been an issue before but there's 2gb like suggested). Turned off the phone for over a minute. Nothing. Using an iPhone SE (1st gen) ios 15.8

The problem is not s so loved for me. There is no update available.

I have been having the same problem for a few weeks now. it’s ALL characters and ALL costumes. at first it was only when I wasn’t connected to wifi. Now it happens sometimes even when I am. There is no sure fire way to make it work. Just try again later. i am not happy.

i have been having the same problem. It started last week when I try to play without being connected to the internet. This morning it’s happening even though I am connected. all characters all outfits.

Last night before bed the levels were still screwed up. This morning I wake up and the Jelly Queen is magically back without my having done anything.

iPhone. Updated to 1.40.3 2 days ago (I was having this problem before that but managed to work through it) if you look at the top of the 2 screenshots, one says 9 the other says 10. Only other difference is the number of moves I start with.
