Logging in and out of Facebook account fixed it. Honestly, this is a fun game, but I shouldn’t have to constantly log in and out, or turn off devices or resync- no other game I play requires this kind of constant bug fixing

I fixed this by logging in and out in the game (of Facebook). This is such a buggy game.

So this morning the Christmas event is back for me, but all of my candy special boosts are gone.....worst event ever.

I deleted and reinstalled the app and my user ID is back, but still don’t have the Christmas event. ID : 1019423651 Version :1.27.6 iPhone X WiFi/4G

My game is totally broken. I lost the Christmas event so I cleared the cache, and it came back. Two days ago the game wouldn't load. Then once it loaded again the event was gone. Clearing the cache didn't work. I cannot even give you my ID as when I look for it it tells me the ID is "0".
