I use Google Chrome on my home PC and Firefox on my work MAC. Facebook games are working correctly, but Candy Crush and Bubble Witch 2 Saga on King.com Kingdom Platform are not on either computer.

I play on my home PC and my work MAC...same problems on both computers.

Idila, this has been going on since King's update May 29. Lots of promises that it's being worked on, but no resolution yet. Beginning to wonder.......

I'm having the same problem. The +3 button isn't working either. In the meantime, I've switched to play other games and THEY aren't working properly either....Can't send or receive lives in Pepper Panic, and can't even get past LEVEL SIX!! in Bubble Witch Saga 2. The level freezes up upon opening... What's going on?

Since May 29 update, I no longer receive or can send lives to friends. The 3+ button no longer works either. After 4 years of playing, Is this the end of the game for us users of the Kingdom Platform version? I can't get any explanation from this site as to what happened or if it's going to be fixed??? Problem still exists. I am no longer receiving ANY lives from friends, nor are they receiving lives I send them. Also, the 3+ extra lives button is no longer working. Please try to understand the huge volume of messages being sent globally and because of this some messages might get lost. Try re-sending your requests as you have been doing.
