  • Hi my friend if you have been saving your progress once you change your pc over and download the game play one level then close down and re start you may have to repeat but this will then restore any saved progress but not any saved boosters as they are saved to you device not your game Please let me know how you get on 💓

  • Hi my friend thank you for your screenshots I see when you had 8 lives you had completed level 3330 Then your next screenshot you had moved on to level 3347 with 11 lives so as you moved up you had received and extra 3 lives That shows that lives are actually coming through albeit slower than you would like 💓

  • Hi my friend Unfortunately if you have an old device that no longer will allow updates this will be what is causing your problems Your device needs to be compatible as without updates you can not receive any fixes 💓
