Hi, I think it's a software issue. Most facebookplayers got rid of the banners, other not. Greatings, Stef

None of it worked. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Every time I start the app it's present alltough the milestone banner option is set off. Many of my friends don't have banners. Not sure what device they use. I use a windows desktop .

Hi readers, Most FBplayers pictures and avatars are back, just some of them did not (probably update there device yet). I think problem solved. Time to catch up with them (Out of sight is out of mind?). Greatings, Stef

Since the problems with facebook all pictures and avatars of FB-friends are gone. I'm a King account user. Is this a known issue?

Hi Tess92 It's not only on the mobile app. It might be occuring on the mobile app, but pictures and avatars of facebook users (cannot see what device they use) are not visibe in the friendlist nor on the playfield for me. Sorry, mistaken identity. The first possible solution came from Kiara. I can't select an app as update in case a solution is embedded in the software. Complely installing as new gives als troubles (losing items, on going status, received lives)
