Elsa, this is the problem. Buddy switch started working again yesterday. I was at level 4265 using buddy switch to open new levels. Ok, so I lost all those and it took me back to level 4220. Yesterday when buddy switch was working I got up to level 4235 but then you have to wait a certain amount of time to switch buddies…

Well buddy switch got fixed but it doesn't take me to the last level I played which was 4265. How can I get my lost levels back? I got that high using buddy switch to unlock new levels.

Sukanta I have reset it twice. The buddy switch still just spins round and round and I have no new levels. Fix this!

Elsa, I updated candy crush. I've cleared my cache. Now I'm finding out from other players new levels opened up today to 4290. I was at 4265. I had to reset Candy crush which took me back to 4220 (it's done this before when I had to reset but I just log in and out a few times and then it takes me back to 4265. It isn't…
