I have already Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.problem remains the same. Also correction to date when this issue started. it was on April 14 2021, the sameday I can see there was an automatic update per Windows store apps
I am having the same issue as of 15apr 2021. not connecting to app store, Using windows computer, latest version of firefox. when i try to log into my account, it says there is an error, try again later. pls advise how I can fix this

It happened to me too. Received the F5 1 hour bomb, it lasted only for 1 game then disappeared. I'd be hopeful to get better support from King other than clearing cache or being advise their is a problem with a test feature or some temporary problems. Hello, Thank you for your reply, however despite having cleared cache multiple times and verifying the latest version of Candy Crush Friends the 7 Daily Calendar Treat is still missing. I have now reset the APP which was the only remaining option to fix the problem. Calendar is back but now back at level 1 :)
