I have already Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.problem remains the same. Also correction to date when this issue started. it was on April 14 2021, the sameday I can see there was an automatic update per Windows store apps

I am having the same issue as of 15apr 2021. not connecting to app store, Using windows computer, latest version of firefox. when i try to log into my account, it says there is an error, try again later. pls advise how I can fix this

Sorry to hear I some of us are no longer part of the 7 day calendar test group. I'll get in touch w/cust support if 1hr boosters continue to disappear but nevetheless wanted to post the issue as other payers may experience the same problem. Thx

It happened to me too. Received the F5 1 hour bomb, it lasted only for 1 game then disappeared. I'd be hopeful to get better support from King other than clearing cache or being advise their is a problem with a test feature or some temporary problems. I was told the same thing when I reported the Sweet Cinema is not…

Hello, Thank you for your reply, however despite having cleared cache multiple times and verifying the latest version of Candy Crush Friends the 7 Daily Calendar Treat is still missing. I have now reset the APP which was the only remaining option to fix the problem. Calendar is back but now back at level 1 :)

Clear cache, reboot etc.. did not work. Ended up resetting the app..back at level1 but at least now it works
