I ended up resetting the apps and it reverted back to the previous saved versions. I know i lost some progress but at least it is now saving again

Thanks JustPlaying I have turned off all firewall and virus scans with no luck. Reset app also didnt help. Has been working for a long time prior with no issues. Thanks for the suggestions though
