I dont get it.since their last mail solution was to forward me here what new mail im gonna get?what is this ticket number,i didnt get what to do with it in the links you showed me.and anyway for christ sake since it was issue with others too its not my fault.in the worst case forward me a level or smth.🙄🙄jeez!

I did all you said,sent them mail and they eventually forwarded me here.which leads back to the start.nth is wrong,neither with memory or cache or updates.☹☹

Hello.i have the same problem.i did all you said ,emptied cache,memory,restarted phone..nothing worked.and i cant reinstall the app coz i have 73 hammers and 3 powerful ones.☹
