We check playing this level again, this levelย has been still no problem for us mostlyย right now. ๐๐
To help you fix this level problem, you can try following these steps here :
Restart :ย Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates :ย Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory :ย Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection :ย Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache :
๐ค Android : Settings > Apps > Diamond Diaries Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
๐ iOS : Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
As a last resort, youย can try reinstalling the app. Note that thisย will remove all of your inventory boosters and lives from the game, so pleaseย do not do thisย unlessย absolutely necessary.

Hello.i have the same problem.i did all you said ,emptied cache,memory,restarted phone..nothing worked.and i cant reinstall the app coz i have 73 hammers and 3 powerful ones.โน

Youย make sure hit all of charm boxes,ย dollsย andย blockersย andย collect all of the diamondsย on the first and half of second stagesย first. Then the diamondย will be dropped downย whileย the game will be moved down to the necklace,ย also charm boxes,ย blockersย andย the key remainingย on the second stageย possible. ๐ค๐๐

If you did collecting all of the diamonds but the game would still not moving down to the necklace,ย also charm boxes,ย blockersย andย the key remainingย on the second stageย possible after youย did try following all of these solve steps and try playing this level again, please don't worry! 1. Open this game and Click on Play button.
2. Click on three horizontal lines' button.
3. Click on โ button.

Anyway,ย Level 5022 and 5028 have been still reported to Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Teamย so early already asย these two levels are another impossibleย due toย not very enough moves and too many blockers there. But that's unfortunately asย Diamond Diaries Saga Studio Team are still not going to tweak these levels easierย due toย still short winter breaks. I dont get it.since their last mail solution was to forward me here what new mail im gonna get?what is this ticket number,i didnt get what to do with it in the links you showed me.and anyway for christ sake since it was issue with others too its not my fault.in the worst case forward me a level or smth.๐๐jeez!
