I completed Day 1 and all of the week 3 days but day 1 I did not receive my reward. I didn’t submit a report because I thought it would show up at the end of the week to finish Dach’s costume. I've tried this fix before and I tried it again. No not working! I upload the game whenever a new update comes out and I have version 1.35.2. So I don't know why I've been having this issue for almost 6 months.

Please find out what is wrong with my game! I have a feeling this issue is also causing me not to get event’s because I have not had a event since Christmas. I get notifications for some events but I never get one. Please I need to find out what is going on! Thank you!

Can you see where it's just a green circle that looks like loading but never connects. No plus sign there.

This is the only game that is having this issue. I did restart and tried different connections again and still saying no internet. The gold button is a constant loading icon where the ( + )/ (add) button is. I can upload a pic if you need to see it.

Yes I did receive the gift boxes after each day. This was the only day I didn’t receive anything which being the first day I thought was strange. Thanks for replying!

I have a similar problem. Under my weekly challenge a gift has appeared and when I click on it it says no internet. I’ve logged in and several times restarted my phone my is upto date.
