That would be great advice except the attempt to submit the form keeps giving an error message and says resubmit and every time I do I get the same error message

@Freddy_Falkner Which I never received since it would never show me as completed on Level 5, which is my point.

I should have received something when I reached 5, it would never acknowledge that level was completed so it never gave me any reward for it.

If you recall I stated I reached Win Streak 22 and never received a reward for reaching level 5. I understand that you can't go beyond level 5 but when you do reach it you should be showing it is complete and receive the reward. This is what is not working.

So, I have access to this feature and it registers through win streak 4 but malfunctions when you reach level 5?

So basically the feature works well to penalize when you lose the win streak, but not well enough to reward you when you are running a win streak of 22?

I actually had to log out on the Mac and then also on the ipad for them to sync up.
