 After level 4000, you need to use it with extreme care. There are traps of many kinds, like opening a bomb hole, or making licorice cascade, or droping a fruit in a none movable place...etc.

Because I have no knowledge of you Facebook setting, I only can guess this might have something to do with your privacy setting or 90 day expiration. You can read about this under Help Center, Saga has clear instruction about how to resolve the problem. 

I have most of my races turned off by King and have more option features. I feel they are giving everyone differently, nothing we can do about it, hope you can get your race back soon.

Recently King is doing a lot of new tests, one remote possibility is a switch allow you to turn off any race. You can try to look for it under setting and features. Setting is on first page before you enter the game a tiny green gear.

If you play on mobile, candy crush saga can connect app to Facebook, but not laptop.

Does your progress and current level function properly? If they do nothing you can do about it. 

You can use app to reconnect to your Facebook.

You need not only unwrapped the keys but destory them, then additional keys will drop and you need to clear them also.

You can use level 606 to set up the build-a-pot in full, then look for any combo to clear both cakes that should do it.
