Facebook connection

I have been playing for years! I recently suspended my Facebook. When I reconnected, my game will no longer connect to my Facebook. It keeps connecting to my husbands Facebook account. So now I can’t get back to my saved progress.

I did continue to play but it kept me at my level with a generic picture.

I logged into my husbands Facebook account a couple of times through my phone. I have since deleted his Facebook from my phone. I am now only logged into my Facebook account through the app.

You have separate phones. I assume you have separate Facebook Accounts since yours was disabled for a few weeks, was that right? While your Facebook Account was disabled, did you continue playing Candy Crush on your iPhone X? If you did, did you use your husband's Facebook Account Log-in on your iPhone?

Yes, I disabled my Facebook for a few weeks. Then I reactivated recently & the issues started. I play through the app on my iPhone X. We don not play on the same device. He plays on his phone. Thank you!

You said suspended your Facebook Account. Did you mean disabled?

You also mentioned that you only play on Mobile through an App. What device are you using to play Candy Crush Saga? Is your device an iPad, an iPhone, or an Android? Are you and your husband using the same device? If so, does your husband logs-out of his game when he is done playing?

The answers to these questions will help me resolve your issue. Please let me know!

Because I have no knowledge of you Facebook setting, I only can guess this might have something to do with your privacy setting or 90 day expiration. You can read about this under Help Center, Saga has clear instruction about how to resolve the problem.
