Weekly leaderboard shows me at last place with zero completed levels and won't update.

@suk@Sukanta_Biswas I just tried logging out, restart device, log back in - same issue. It is also the same on my computer, not just an issue w/ my phone / the mobile app. Obviously I'm no expert, but it appears to be an issue with the account itself vs the software or hardware, since it's across multiple devices.

It didn't update at all last week ,or this week so far. I have beat numerous levels last week as well as every day this week.

I have most of my races turned off by King and have more option features. I feel they are giving everyone differently, nothing we can do about it, hope you can get your race back soon.

Thanks for the idea. I don’t want to turn off the race, I want my levels to show in the leaderboard. However I did look for that option, and the only features I can currently toggle on & off are hints or dynamic duo.

Recently King is doing a lot of new tests, one remote possibility is a switch allow you to turn off any race. You can try to look for it under setting and features. Setting is on first page before you enter the game a tiny green gear.

Yes I can progress through the game and play new levels, the issue is not with playing levels it is as described above - the game does not log my completed levels on the weekly leaderboard and keeps me at last place, although I should actually be in the top 3.

Does your progress and current level function properly? If they do nothing you can do about it.
