It's a known system error that a number of players reported, as of now still unresolved. Check the support section - disappearing events thread. I doubt the usual troubleshooting steps will help… -

Hi, i figured something was wrong because we usually average 2-3 deliveries per day and all of a sudden there was no progress at all. Hopefully the game reappears next week.
