Why is level 8284 in Candy Jelly different and impossible on a computer and 8284 on a phone/tablet is easier and possible to pass?

Candy Jelly is now up to level 8365, and despite everything the levels on the computer have not been improved compared to the phone. Look for example level 8284 on the phone compared to the computer.
