I lost my progress in candy crush jelly on my iPad. I'm connected through Facebook, my progress is up to date on my iPhone and MacBook, but started over on the iPad. How can I get the game to sync correctly and I can be on the same level as my other devices?

I have done a lot to try to solve Jelly crashes. Nothing has worked.

Lost al my bonuses.
Hi. I had won about six games straight without loss and had 5 bonuses . I turned the game off and came back two hours later and it took away all my bonuses. That the second time it's happened and I'm not happy.

I FINALLY beat level and it did not advance me to the next level
I finally passed level 424 on Jelly Crush, went to get dressed for work and when I came back it did not advance me to the next level. It took me forever to finally pass level 424 so this is very frustrating!

Stuck on day one
When I went to candy crush jelly two days ago it did not show a day. Yesterday it showed day one. I was not upset because I was at day one but today again nothing like I had already been there but I had not and now tomorrow I am afraid it will be day one again with no progression. Thank you.
