just update laptop to windows 10 and I get an error everytime I try to download the game.

an error pops up that say "encountered and error try again later"  when I try t o download candy crush jelly saga. I have tried multiple times.  Just updated laptop to windows 10 this morning

Are you still having the same problem David? It's annoying that the error message is so generic as it doesn't offer any clues as to what's going wrong and where. Do you get the same error message when trying to download another game or is it just with Jelly? Might be worth a try if you haven't already.
