I am really frustrated

I just got a new Laptop with Windows 10 and discovered Candy Crush Jelly, which is now one of my favorite games.  I was able to connect to Facebook for about a week, then suddenly it disconnected and won't reconnect.  I uninstalled it, thinking it may help, but didn't.  What do I need to do to get it to connect?  My internet connection is fine, and I have hardly anything on my laptop since it's new.
