I am on Candy Crush Jelly level 29 have been for over 5 weeks

I have been buying lolli pops, everything and I still can't pass the level.  I see people on level 1203 hell I'm 69 and can't pass this level.  One time it says clear all the queens jelly, then the next time I play its says beat the Queen by clearing all jelly.  I want to go on but I'm not spending anymore money to pass this dang level.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After another 4 weeks and watching  the video I still don't get it so I guess I just quit cause I don't seem to have the moves.
