Keeps freezing and quitting game
im having trouble with this I'm playing and it starts freezing and going slow then it will just come up with a black screen and then go to my home screen on my iPad while I'm half way through or just started a level, I clear everything and have nothing else running but it still does it

Try a simple restart as that can sometimes help. One other thing is to check your available memory. If your tablet is full then the app will struggle to run.

So sorry to see that. It does happen infrequently. There are many reasons whether it is with the game itself or wifi. Things like that. Hope you have now completed that level 🤗
