Candy Crush Jelly
My partner cannot sign into the game or kingcare using Facebook after recently upgrading the App on his iPad mini. Username and password are correct. We have deleted and reloaded game and Facebook, both are up to date versions and iPad is latest iOS - help please as he cant get lives from friends and he's back at level 1!!!!

Make sure he´s properly logged out of his Facebook on the Facebook app on his iPad Mini and of his Facebook within the game app.
Check for updates for the Facebook and Candy Crush Jelly Saga app and restart the device.
Connect again to his Facebook both in the Facebook app and in the game app.
This works for me on my iPhone 6 Plus and I also installed iOS 9.3.
