been 3 days. Nothing, not even an email despite numerous requests. I'll go through my purchases that got me to over level 180 in candy crush jelly and will be requesting a FULL REFUND. Then deleting the game. No point in playing if no help available and nobody cares about the players. Sorry I ever downloaded it. Will also probably delete any other king games so I don't have to go through this ridiculous non existent help non process, You so so suck and should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers.
