Won level 464 using 16 suckers. Came back and still on 464 and suckers are gone

 A few hours ago I was playing on my iPhone.  I had been stuck on 464 for a while now so I used 16 suckers so I could win the level.  Once I won I put my phone down and went to make supper.  Upon returning to play the new level after supper I was still on level 464 and all my suckers were still used.  Is there a way to have one of the two restored?
