for some reason since Facebook has its own game icon i cant seem to be able to play candycrush jelly

candy crush Jelly saga on Google chrome I was wondering if I should delete jelly and then reinstall but if I do will I still have the same problem?I have even tried to not use the arcade button and go through Facebook but that still wont load could you please advise me on what I can do
