.when i start cc jelly, it crashes. Reinstallation doesn't help. Then the game only starts once. This problem started since I got 3 days to win some treasure chests.
I have this problem 2 weeks now. Please fix this bug.

If there is more than one game affected then it sounds like its related to your device.

@KingsPinn those trouble shooting tips are not helping. Tried those already.
I even tried 2 devices.
other users also complain about the bug. Check out the user reviews in the app store.
you should be able to reproduce the problem as well.
I don't have a windows phone sorry Martijn.
Have you tried closing all other programs, clearing out some space etc. Generally loading issues are related to a shortage of memory space so check this out.
This problem is specific to Windows Mobile versions of CC.
yes I closes all apps. Usually the problem disappears after the 3 day period of the treasure chest campaign. However, the 3-day seems to last forever.
after reinstalling the game, it works once. Because first time the game is unaware of the treasure chest campaign.
please let your windows dev team resolve this bug.
since last update, the game stil doesn't work.
only during a brief moment when there was no treasure chest to win.
all windows mobile phone users are suffering from this bug. Either remove the app from the windows app store for mobile or fix this bug.
