Playing Candy Crush Jelly saga on Windows 10 and I can't get to the purchase.

It will not allow me to do an in-app purchase on this game. I am on level 174.

What happens when you click on a purchase? If relevant please include a screenshot of the issue.
Please also let me know if you are playing Candy Crush Jelly Saga as the standalone app in Win 10 or through Facebook.
If you play through Facebook then check your payment settings: https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments§ion=settings
From here you can remove any old credit card details, then add a new card.
