My progress has not recently been synced with Facebook because my Facebook was deactivated so the offline progress I made (100 levels or so) has been erased, how can I get them back?

Was there any reason why your Facebook account was deactivated?  Facebook will keep your progress going so log out and log back in and then check to see if your levels are working again.
