Paid for gold blocks and didn't get added to my account

I am playing candy crush jelly and for 2 days in a row I have paid to have gold bars added and they are not showing up in my bank. I thought it was just me then I paid for them again and 18 bars showed up. I did not want to pay double. Extrely annoying and seems as though you are cheating people about of money.
