Huge Problem using goldbars for continue the level

I used one wrapped candy, one lollipop candy to finish a level but had some more moves left to finish so had to use goldbars to continue. But when I tried to continue, it just consumed my goldbars and said cannot connect to server or something. So I tried again but same thing happened. In total, I used two special candies and 18 goldbars for nothing. If it is the bug happening to everyone, I think it is a very crucial one so you better fix it right away. And it would be better if you can compensate me in any form. Thanks
