Candy Crush Jelly level 721 not loading

Candy Crush Jelly on Facebook, newly added level 721, cannot be loaded. Error message or just the background. Same error after cache clear or reboot. Same error for Chrome and Firefox. But level 720 loads OK.

No. Suggestions don't work. Black screen. Happens when at highest level. Very buggy game.
