Progress lost on level 703 after i reinstalled Candy Crush Jelly

My mum was playing under the name Saroj Bajaj and was on level 703 where the number of moves was only coming as 3 and when i checked online the level had 20 moves so i tried to reinstall and have lost all progress, Please help my mum is an avid player and is really disheartened!!!
