Hello. Bought me a new smartphone and now I would like to save my old old smartphone the game candy crush jelly saga with app data in an app called helium and restore to my new. Now says this app that it does not allow the back up. Quote: backup not allowed "candy crush jelly saga has disabled the backup of the app data.please contact the developer of candy crush jelly and ask to allow backup. So I contact them. Would like to have my unlimited time, which I have painstakingly gained on my old Smartphone on my new smartphone with the app helium. There are games that allow the fuse. Many Thanks

In Candy Crush Jelly Saga there are only 2 ways to save and restore your game. One is by connecting to a Facebook account and the other, by connecting in-game to a Kingdom account. You can then you these accounts to transfer your game. If you need help with this, please let me know. However, lives and boosters will not transfer:

Then I will have to root my smartphone to get to the app data. Everything else is done.

Of course I have created an account in the Kingdom but my progress over unlimited time I can not transfer with. With an app where the smartphone is rooted is possible.
