do I go about recovering my remaining 19 gold bars. This isn't the first time this has happened. I just didn't pay that much attention before. I shouldn't have to wonder if I actually got what I paid for. This is totally unacceptable.

slittleton, it sounds like you may have purchased some boosters/extra moves for 19 gold at the same time as you got the gold?
