Level 721 is gray and won't let me play

I beat level 720 on my iPhone 6 and can't play 721. It is in gray. The app is up to date and I've emailed support asking for help. Everything I was told to do to fix it didn't help. Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you please check that you have enough available memory to download the latest update for the game. There are currently 800 levels available on iOS.

I updated my Facebook app and Tasty Treats app. I was on leve720 now it brought me down to level 2. I not happy. Listening to your advice cost me my levels😭😡

First of all, you are referring to Candy Crush Jelly Saga, aren't you? 😅

The game you mentioned in your previous comment is not a King game, that's why I need to be sure.

So, if you had connected your game to Facebook before, your levels haven't got lost- it's very possible you just got disconnected from the account and need to re-connect to it.

I am referring to the game Tasty Treats again. I had to start all over after being on level 720l. It wouldn' allow me to move to level 721.

I'm very sorry this happened but Tasty Treats is not a King game. It has a different producer/creator company. This community is about King games, therefore it cannot offer proper advice because it doesn't deal with this game, I'm sorry. I'd suggest to find the official support channels for Tasty Treats through the platform you downloaded the game from: play store, windows store etc. Or through internet of course.
