Jelly saga Why do my treasure chests keep DISAPPEARING after an hour, not the time stated

My chests appear and says I have 30+ hours to get to it. As soon as I go off the app they go as when I go back on later they are not there but should still have hours left. I was one level away last night, wake up today and no chests, yet my partner is sat next to me happy as larry that his are there the whole time. How and why is this happening, I tried uninstalling and re installing. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Generally our events are released they are being tested. They do not get rolled out to all players. During testing we cannot guarantee performance.
