Candy Crush Jelly not loading on Facebook

I am at CC Jelly Level 900. I cannot load the game in Facebook ("You have experienced an error which we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment.") Usual cache clearing/rebooting/different browsers do not help. Loading on iPad is fine (though game play often exits to black screen). Previously, such problem fixes itself in a week or so but this time it has been almost 3 weeks. Please help. Many thanks.

Thks, the problem fixes itself. This seems to happen everytime new levels are added to CC Jelly AND the player is at the highest level. Pls fix this problem permanently.
