stuck level 60

I am stuck on level 60 and clock will not count down for 3 days. some friends sent me lives to unlock. Only 1 out of 3 took. cannot move to level 61.

Can you please help ?  

I'm using a desktop pc (  Intel Core i7-6770HQ, Iris Pro (2,6 a 3,5 GHz Turbo, quad-core, 6 MB  cache, TDP di 45 W) RAM 32GB and windows 10  my facebook ID is  1004820962
