Timer stuck on level 100 x3days. Tried brower, cleared caches, reset. Now what?

Level 100 timer is stuck on 3 days for over a week. I have followed all the troubleshooting I could find on your site, new browser, cleared caches, restarted computer, etc. I see many other requests re: this problem. Is someone working on it?
