Candy Crush Jelly saga lock on lv 40 for months not 3 days

it seems this is a issue for many players with no solution for months do you need to hire more techs to  unlock a road block on this game for months I cant play but your game says unlock in 3 days hire a programmer that cant fix all these lock level's please

    I fully agree. King support is really questionable. I stuck at level 60 and it is coming to a year already. I do not know whether they monitor this forum and get things done. I have my doubt.
