Lost progress and boosters

I wasn't even connected to Facebook, was on level 232 or something, with about 30-50 boosters, depending on which ones. I opened the app today and it was weirdly connected to my Facebook and I have lost all my hard work!!! Is there something I can do to get back to the level I was before??
