Candy Crush Jelly will not progress to level 61 timer stuck at 3 days

So I am now trying to progress to level 61, and once again the timer is stuck at 3 days.  This is an issue on your end, instead of fixing or resetting each person that has this issue every time they encounter your 3 day timer, why not just fix the timer so it actually works?  Again this is on two different PCs one windows 10 with edge, the other Windows 7 with Chrome.  Playing via facebook.  Never play via mobile.

I have the same problem. It will start counting down and then goes back to 3 days when I try to play it next time.
