Candy Crush Jelly Stuck at Level 100 roadblock for over 2 weeks

I've been stuck at Level 100 roadblock for over 2 weeks. Only once did the countdown clock get to 2 days 57 min but each time I head back to play it's reset to 3 days. Can you help?
